Acer Liquid C1 Smartphone With Intel Atom

Acer and Intel to bring the latest Android smartphone Acer Liquid C1 name at an event in Thailand. Smartphone Acer Liquid C1 uses the latest mobile chipset Intel Atom Z2420, which has just announced at CES last year.

Smartphone Acer Liquid C1 is not a high-end model but features a fairly complete. On the front of this smartphone uses a 4.3-inch IPS screen with qHD resolution (960x540 pixels). At the back there is an 8 megapixel camera with auto focus. 

Z2420m Intel Atom chipset (codenamed Lexington) has the main x86 processor, with a speed of 1.2GHz. Single-core CPU with Hyper-Threading support. It is intended to provide rapid performance smartphone with a reasonable price. This chipset supports hardware-accelerated encoding and decoding 1080p plus allows the camera to take 5 C1 Liquid still pictures in one second.

Unfortunately, this smartphone uses Android Ice Cream Sandwich. Acer has no plans to upgrade to the latest Android Jelly Bean. Acer Liquid C1 will be launched this February in Thailand, and in the countries of South Asia. This smartphone will be priced at about 9990 baht or about 3.2 million.
